VIVOHOME 4-Tier 49 Inch Metal Cat Kitten Cage

The media could not be loaded.  I originally bought this to help me rescue an adult cat that I would have to keep outside (the weather was nice at the time, so I could safely keep him on my porch). He has since left my care, but I'm glad I kept this, because it is the perfect enclosure for the two kittens we found just loafing in the middle of an interstate! We're fostering them until their forever family can be found, but this condo works great to keep them safe at night when I can't supervise them. It's very sturdy and has plenty of room. I like that you can choose where the levels are installed and change things around if you need to, and I like that the lower level tray slides out for easy cleaning. I just wish the wire cage under the tray didn't have such large gaps! I have to be careful when I pull out the tray, because these kittens can just walk right out the gaps in the bottom. That's not an issue when the tray is in place, but that's an improvement I would make.

Working very well as an exercise pen for 5 foster kitties! My 1 and only complaint is it only comes with 1 shelf pad but has 3 shelves. Using folded towels on other 2 shelves makes it a bit more jumbled in there. Otherwise I love it and will foster many kittens using this!

I live in a senior community where your cat cannot roam free outside. I purchased this cage so my cat could enjoy being outside. She loves it. I have a litter box in the bottom and I doubled up 2 of the shelves sided by side and zip tied them together. I covered the doubled shelf with a towel and she sits and lays on that. The whole cage is easy to roll in and out of the house onto my front porch. I highly recommend.

I needed it ASAP for a cat I am fostering that has to be quarantined for two weeks. I really wanted a pink one but couldn't wait 10 days for it to get here, so I bought this one, which cost nearly 2x more, but it is very nice. It came yesterday but it was too late to put it together so I did it tonight. It took me 2 hrs by myself. The instructions were worse than no instructions and I realized halfway through that I had made a mistake. The loop pieces belong on the OUTSIDE of the frame. It's kind of hard to explain so I took a photo of what I am taking about. If they aren't ALL on the OUTSIDE of the frame, you'll be 50% done and have to take it all down to fix it. It wasn't hard to put together, just a bit clumsy and really all they had to do was add a small illustration showing that loop piece always belongs on the OUTSIDE of the frame because while you are assembling it, it seems like it should be on the inside to help hold it up. I'm still trying to figure out if the tray can be slid out easily. I'm mystified over that one.Sorry the photo is so blurry but I wanted to get it close up and only have two hands, lol. The whole thing looks really nice in person but not so great in my photo because I'm in the middle of repainting, stripping paint off the woodwork and door, etc etc etc on the entire ground floor so most of the light fixtures have already been taken down, everything is in chaos and this was the best I could do at the moment. I'll add a nice photo with it in place when I'm done. The hammock and "bed" are a nice touch and really brighten it up. I'm not sorry I bought it because it appears to be a quality item that will last a long time and my own cat was very interested in it when I got it set up so that's a good sign.
