VIVOHOME Submersible Water Pump 1600-9000GPH for Waterfall Fountains Fish Tank and Aquarium

Received the pump about a week ago. Did have a minor crack on the impeller chamber cover. Working with customer care to get a replacement cover.
I did super glue the cover and the pump is working very well so far. I am at this point happy with the purchase and service. But, they do not support or supply parts. Customer care is looking into there suppliers to get a replacement covered.
This pump is very similar to the one it is replacing that lasted me 15 years.

My existing 3600 GPH pond pump on my ~1,500-gallon pond recently failed which prompted me to purchase this 5300 GPH unit. Installation was a breeze, as I used the existing couplings from my old pump. I am really impressed. The equivalent of my old unit sells for $220 at Lowes (an "Intertek WPR3600"; also sold as "SmartPond" or "TotalPond"; manufactured by GeoGlobal Partners). This VIVOHOME unit is more powerful and comes in at only $100. My waterfall has never looked better. It's much fuller and more lively, no longer so "meh." A significant amount of leaf debris had collected on the surface while my pump was out. It was all cleared out by the next morning. I can see leaves on the surface quickly sucking into the skimmer box at a much faster rate than before. No doubt the increased power will help reduce leaf litter on the bottom, and the lively waterfall will increase aeration. Perhaps the best part is that this thing is REALLY QUIET. I literally can't hear the pump over the sound of the waterfall with my head over the skimmer box, and the waterfall is 12' away across the pond. The old pump had a constant droning sound that really killed the vibe. If this unit holds up in the long run I'll be very happy. I can't recommend it enough at this point.

We use this in our Koi pond and it does the trick. It did cause our electric bill to go up, but we expected that. We’ve had it for a couple months and it’s working well as of now.
